Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 20, 2026

TrustFunding.com provides back-office trust funding services to estate-planning law firms. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the subprocessors that touch it along the way.

Information we collect

We collect contact information — name, email address, phone number — from partner law firms and from the clients they refer to us. We also collect case-related communications and supporting documents (asset lists, title documents, signed authorizations) as a matter progresses, and operational metadata such as call logs, status updates, and audit trails.

How we use it

We use this information solely to provide back-office trust-funding services to your firm. We never sell client data and never use it for marketing.

Subprocessors

We rely on the vendors below to deliver the service. Each has its own privacy commitments which we’ve reviewed.

  • Twilio — SMS delivery and 2-factor authentication.
  • Postmark — transactional email.
  • Microsoft 365 — staff email and calendar for client coordination.
  • Vercel — application hosting.
  • Neon — managed PostgreSQL for application data.
  • Google Maps Platform — address autocomplete.
  • Daily.co — video-meeting rooms for client calls.

SMS data

Phone numbers and SMS message content are used only for case-related communication. Consent is collected by the referring attorney before we add a client to our system, and a recipient can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. We never sell or share SMS data with marketers. Detailed SMS program terms live at /sms-consent.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the data we hold about you. The fastest path is through the referring law firm, but you can also contact us directly at hello@trustfunding.com.
