Terms of Service

TrustFunding.com provides back-office trust-funding services to estate-planning law firms. The work includes title research, deed preparation, recording, account retitling, and case status notifications back to the referring firm throughout each matter.

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. You will not scrape the application, impersonate another user or firm, attempt to access another firm’s data, probe the service for vulnerabilities, or use it to send unsolicited marketing. Suspected abuse can be reported to hello@trustfunding.com.

We handle attorney-client privileged information and maintain strict confidentiality. Access to firm data is limited to the staff who need it for the work, and we don’t disclose it outside the engagement except as the law requires.

The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrustFunding.com is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these terms will not exceed the fees paid to us for the matter in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oakland County, Michigan.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
